My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a ton of this, everywhere - and almost all the patches have been invaded with grass and other weeds. Also, some of the patches are getting huge!

Any ideas on keeping out the grass? I'm just chopping back the huge patches, which doesn't seem to slow down the growth. I like it, but I don't love it...
