Stupid dog...

I stopped at an awesome plant sale a woman in the neighborhood was having and bought a small pot of ornamental grass. Pretty green color with bold white stripes.

I brought it home and sat it ouside the door until I could repot it. This, to my Lab, was an invitation to eat two-thirds of it. I now have an ornamental grass stump, with only a leaf or two left. ugh.

Will it recover? I have seen many plants trimmed way down during the winter, and they always have lots of new growth come spring. Should I plant it, or scrap it?

Thanks!

Kim
