I planted a 15' X 30' flower garden last spring. I built it up with 15" of top soil. Everything came back nicely except for a few of the grasses, particularly the Dwarf Maiden. It has last years (12" across) (4" high) dry stalk clump with only a few blades of new grass comming out from one side. Should I leave it and hope it comes back next spring?
