Any greenhouse is suitable for the Atlanta area. I've seen hoop houses, used window houses, fancy glass, polycarbonate plastic, converted sheds...and I have worked and grown in many of them.

They need a) source of ventilation for warm weather if you have anything it it. This many need to be forced ventilation however I'm working on ideas for alternatives to using electricity or gas to accomplish this.

A steady, even heat source for cold weather. Depending on what you are growing, this does not have to be ambient temperature but it will need to hold the soil at an even temperature for germination and then growth.

I agree with GGG. If your goal is to over winter some citrus and get an early start on veggies, just about any of the greenhouse kits will work for you, including the one you mentioned.

Here in ATL I have found it pretty easy to maintain temps during the winter. The real task is to cool things down in the summer when a 95F day can easily make a greenhouse 125F+!

I don't think you'll have any luck with a showroom, though. I ended up flying to Portland, OR to take a look at the one I bought (Sturdi-Built).

Yes, I don't know of anywhere in Atlanta who stocks greenhouses at all. I've purchased two for businesses and they were from mail orders.
