No, No. That is way off. I am in zone 8A. The first frost is around Nov 1 for me, maybe. If we wait until the first frost, our fall vegetables will not grow. You have to plant way before the first frost depending on what you are growing. The only thing I can immediately think should be planted around that time is garlic or shallots maybe.
