I'm far south of you, but even down here, it doesn't live through a freeze. However, it reseeds like mad, and I've had to pull them from all over my yard. Is yours in a basket? If so, you can try to take it inside and see if it will live, but it will get very scraggly. I'd just gather some seeds and stick them down in the pot, and put it in a sheltered place until winter passes. Once the weather warms up, the seeds will sprout and grow like mad.

Mine has not reseeded like mad. I just purchase new ones every year, I'm trying to avoid that. Last year it did reseed a few but they germinated in the fall and got zapped by the cold. I look to see if there are any seed I can collect and start during the winter.

Can you propogate from cuttings? I've never had much luck at propogating vines from cuttings unless they were woody.
