Carving AND Pie Pumpkin suggestions?

I am trying to decide which variety of pumpkin to grow next season. I want something that is big enough to carve but that will also taste good for pies. I hear that a lot of large pumpkins don't make good pies, so I was wondering what your opinions are. What are your favorite varieties of pumpkin that can be carved AND eaten? I only have room to plant one variety. Oh, and were seeds easy to find? Thanks everyone!

Wow, I guess I haven't been checking in here for a bit. Sorry! Sandhill Preservation Center sells seed for Young's Beauty, which is supposed to be dual purpose.

Not too certain how easy it is to find in the states, but my grandfather used to grow Northern Spirit pumpkins which are dual-purpose.

My family has since reverted to growing the small pie pumpkins and using the too large to eat marrow squashes as jack-o-laterns.
