Yes, the sun was shining and the temperature was lovely. But my definition of "beautiful day" has changed these last few months. A "beautiful day" now includes some amount of measurable RAIN.

The sunny weather has certainly been no stranger lately. I really enjoy the cool mornings. I agree with you Esh, as the rainless days pile up, I feel a little less happy everyday to see boundless sunshine.

This weather reminds me of winter in Florida. :-) Chilly mornings then HOT yet breezy afternoons. Really intense sun that comes at such an angle this time a year so as to blind one no matter where they turn. Unfortunately I had planned on leaving this weather down there. Not a fan of blinding sun and wild temperature changes.

It as been beautiful. I think I am even more grateful for this after the horrid heat-wave summer. Now a nice tropical storm would be great for rainfall.
