Emerald Isle Leyland Cypress?

Has anyone had any experiences with these? Seems to be a smaller version of the leyland, but I'm not sure if this is true or not...

Looks like you'll pay about 5x the price of the normal version.

The only Leyland Cypress I know is the one that shoots up at an alarming rate. If it doesn't say dwarf on the label it can grow 2 feet a year easily. A lot of people plant these as a natural barrier, then they get out of hand. Be warned.
