My plant is confused

18 years ago

Oh dear, something bright and pink caught my eye this morning as I walked through my relatively colorless garden. I have a Candystripe Spring blooming creeping phlox that just burst into bloom. Oddly it's one of many small patches of the same variety planted in my terrace garden yet this particular little clump is the only one blooming (at least so far). They're all the same age, small clumps I grew from divisions and planted 2-3 years ago. Guess this one is just trying to stand out from the crowd lol.

Any of you have any confused plants right now too? My daffodil bulbs started sprouting weeks ago too. Guess they won't put on much of a show once winter decides to come visit us for more than a few days.
