PVC Geese in the HARVEST forum?? Is this some sort of scarecrow??

Some ebay stores sell the patterns, so you might do a search there. If you haven't already done so, you might also want to post this over on the crafts forum. Someone there may have another lead.

Hi Ken.. These are lawn or garden ornaments.. They use white PVC pipe of different diameters, & make a mother goose or duck, with a few little ones,.. Part of the pipes are cut away around the neck part, beak, & feet then I presume are heated with a heat gun or something similar & formed to resemble the 3 parts, but the body is left as a pipe.. the feet & beak are then painted orange.. The finished product is very nice & makes great ornaments..

Reading Lady, I did go to ebay, but all that comes up are plastic geese decoys.. I'll try a post in Crafts.. Thanks

Darn!!!

I was hoping this thread would evolve to PVC pink flamingos.

johnnyo,

You did the right thing in posting on a gardenwebbie forum. There is always someone that can steer you to the proper folder. I've done similar more than once. We are a friendly community.

Good luck in your quest!
