My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I believe this was addressed before. But basically with pua kala just scatter seeds in the area in full or part sun and pretty much forget about them. You will see little bluish-green prickly plants pop up here and there. Sometimes they will come up in a matter of a couple of weeks; other times not for months. Not sure why this happens. But don't give up. Do not mistake them for weeds. And too much water will kill them! No seed right now. Aloha
