My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Question about your gas firepit

We are going to be installing a gas firepit, and are looking for a source to provide the bowl, mechanics and glass. Can you help us with you source? Also do you know how large your inside circle area is? Hope your enjoying your new area. Thank You Vickie vlboyer80@gmail.com

    Hi Vicki!

    The inner diameter of the firepit above is 36", with a 37" pan and a 30" ring burner.

    You can find a local firepit/fireplace expert on the Hearth, Patio & BBQ Association website: http://www.hpba.org/retailer-locator . That way you'll have help with the equipment and installation. The difference between doing it safely or not usually boils down to whether it has been installed professionally. Custom gas firepits are not usually a "do-it-yourself" projects, although there are parts of the project that you can do.

    If you're not near anyone, I'll be glad to help with equipment and advice.
