Using refrigerated tomatoes for jam?

I was going to make tomato preserves (following BBB recipe, but I think I'll sub Farm Journal's spices instead of pickling spice). I have about 5 lbs of Glacier tomatoes that didn't sell at Friday's market, picked them not quite ripe but they're ripe now (on the counter).

But my cousin left some Big Boy and plum tomatoes in her fridge while they went on vacation - I won't use those in salads, but would they be OK in a jam? Maybe if I mix them with my Glaciers? I just don't know how it will affect the taste - I can't stand the taste of raw fridge tomatoes. Maybe the spices will help? I just hate to throw them out.

(They also left lots of pickling cukes but since they were picked Friday or earlier I don't know what to do with them besides use them in salad. Not to mention that everything in their freezer was thawed today so I had to pack it all up in a garbage bag and put it in my freezer til trash day.)
