Lowe's website offering canning methods

Holy, moly. Lowe's Home Improvement sends out emails to have you visit their Creative Ideas website. Clicking on "Canning Fruits and Vegetables" shows a video on canning tomatoes. It is done well except for two things. It shows a bowl of lemon juice but does not tell the viewer to add it when filling the canning jars (BWB method)!!!!! The other thing is that it says you can "can all kinds of vegetables according to the recipe" though not where to look for safe recipes, and shows a basket of corn, carrots, onions, and zucchini as examples. I wrote a comment on the lemon juice so we'll see if they print it (have to wait a day to see if they accept it). Fortunately the recipes they have posted on a link there are for fruits, and one for a mixed pickle which should be safe. In another section "Yes, You Can" there are comments from people who want to can including one that says they make a refrigerated BBQ sauce that is not heated and wants to know how to seal it to sell to the public, without a response. Holy, moly.
