There are no instructions available for canning them except as a small ingredient in other fruit mixtures. They are considered a RE-processed item which is generally not recommended - freezing them would be the guidelines recommendation.

So I would assume is you want to can them you'd do them just like any other sweet or sour cherry. But that all depends on how they have been processed so far? What liquid they are suspended in, what the ingredients besides the cherries are included?
