My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floor is a porcelain tile purchased it through Architectural Ceramics and the color is Kyoto Anthracite. I don't recall the exact grout size, but one of the nice things about porcelain tile vs. the real thing is the straight edges that allow for smaller joints as seen here.

      The cabinets are from Wood-Mode and they are a Vanguard Plus door style in a rift-cut veneer.

      Darker color grout gives this floor a beautiful monolithic appearance. We just purchased a 12" x 24" dark grey faux slate tile {no color variation from tile to tile }...love it!

      What is the style of the tiles? I went to there website and I could not figure which one it was, looks like 12x24 correct? but the texture is what I can't find on there, Thanks for your help
