My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Last year's first sighting was on 3/18. Today is 3/18 and haven't seen one as of now! Tomorrow I will begin to get a little impatient! LOL! My feeders need a visitor!!!!!
