Previously used our basement as a game room. It is located near the outdoor pool and was used mainly during the summer months. (pool table ping pong, etc..) We now want to be use it for family holidays and parties, and not a game room. We are open to any style and colors, just not black and white.(been this for years) We will be gutting the existing decor; tile floor, drop ceilings, walls -paneling. We will start from scratch. Also I've always wanted a half bath, but was always told that it could not be done since drain was not put in when basement was poured. There is hot/cold water faucet in place- but no drain.
