In plastic there is no way to process it or seal it. In small jars it could at least be sealed. This is assuming it is a safe recipe and we'd have to see it first. Otherwise refrigerated storage would be an option and some approved recipes will last in the fridge for months.

As to selling it - recent discussion on this here you might want to review I linked it below - it will all depend on the local rules in your area. Many counties and states have very strict rules on selling homemade products to the public.

I bought "Jed Hot" hot sauce at the city market in Charlottesville a few years ago. It was in a little lug-top jar similar to horseradish, and they told me to keep it refrigerated because it wasn't canned. Delicious.
