That is a granite called Blue Bahia. Very different, but very pricey!

Its called blue bahia.its hard like a granite, yet soft like a marble.

This is slab is very beautiful. I've been trying to find it and most places don't carry it in the bay area. The ones that I have found are very pricey and no where near as beautiful. Does anyone know where something very similar can be purchased?

It is Blue Bahia, I did bathroom walls and countertops in this very granite. It is absolutely beautiful.

@ Fran1777 there are not many stone available that are like Azul Bahia the best course of action is to visit a wholesalers warehouse depening on your location I reccomend Marble Systems, Cosmos granite or MS Internationl. You can go to any of those places and chose your own stone and slabs but you will also need a fabricatior as they do not sell to the public but they will have around 200 colors for you to chose from and can tell you which group you are chosing from. Those slabs generally run between $4000-$6000 per slab
