There could be many reasons. Do you grow hummingbird attractive plants? Do you hang feeders and clean and change the nectar in them regularly? It also seems many people this year are seeing them later, so that might be a reason too.

Bellarosa...if you don't have any flowers, go ahead and put up several feeders with homemade nectar. You may not see any for a day or two, but I promise, they will find those feeders! Good luck!

bellarosa-- I dont know your situation but I started with feeders only and had hummers, but now I have a lot of hummer attracting plants and plenty of hummers. But with feeders only you must keep the feeders fresh and maybe an increased dose of plain sugarwater 1:3 sugar to water. Change the nectar every 2 days regardess till they start coming. Right now is the best time because migration is coming very soon, good luck.
