My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Finally Got A Picture

20 years ago

After more waffling than a politician, I finally bought a SLR camera. It gave me the chance to catch my single beligerant hummer. She looks pretty calm here enjoying some Black and Blue Salvia.
