I have a friend that wants to can this chocolate sauce. I find it no different than the praline syrup that is in the BBB. No butter, milk or oil. I think it is ok.... but she is still concerned.

Here is the recipe.......Any one wants to weigh in -- go ahead!

Mocha syrup

¾ c. cocoa

2 ¼ c. sugar

Pinch of salt

1 ½ c. water

2 T. instant coffee crystals

1 tsp. vanilla
