My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My pawpaw trees are well established in Central Massachusetts. I have more fruit than I can use myself and sell at a local farmer's market. I am seeking information on how I could make pawpaw brandy with my excess fruits.
Firstly, "brandy" is a distilled spirit, production of which is illegal. A small batch producer could do this under the radar...now that more consumers are producing motor fuels "at home" there has been some easing of the laws.
Start by reading up on the making of wines from fruit other than grapes. Grapes provide almost all the requisite ingredients- some fruits may lack acids, sufficient or fermentable sugars etc. You will have to decide on use of sulfites or take other measures to prevent invasion of organisms besides your chosen yeast.
Making palatable wine has quite the learning curve. Turning that into brandy is a whole 'nother hill to climb.
