They are not on a balcony but in my yard. I have a hummingbird feeder on a shepards hook, and about 8 feet away, a regular bird feeder hanging from a tree at about the same height. The hummers and regular birds totally ignore each other. I don't think you will have a problem.

I have 2 hummingbird feeders about 5ft from each other and found that I got more to come up on my balcony at one time with the additional feeder, although the chases still commence if one tries to guard both and they see another at a feeder.

I think as long as the other birds are mostly seed feeders without a sweet tooth, they should be okay. However, I have seen many pictures from people with mixed feeders where birds such as finches, were hanging all over the hummer feeder trying to get nectar, so that's something to keep in mind. Some have reported chickadees also doing this, although apparently the hummers have actually chased chickadees (which are smaller than most birds). Some folks even had pictures of juvie woodpeckers and orioles hanging off the hummer feeder too. LOL You can only try it and see what your local bird population brings you and adjust accordingly. Other birds seem to be more communal whereas the hummers tend to be very territorial.
