The mouldings have a 4-step process. Two coats of green (can't remember exact color, but was a mid-toned green/blue/grey) and three drags of glazes. I am sorry I can't give you a simple answer, but your local faux finisher could put together samples for you. I designed the paint package, but Delta City Painting and Drywall executed the entire house other than the dining room... I had the pleasure of painting the Dining Room panels of this house in plaster.
