Very pretty, I'm not familiar with it. Did you get it planted?

Thanks Phillip, Yes I got it planted already in the ground. Those flowers you see there are not pink anymore and started to fade but I have a new late bloomer that I just took a picture today:

I think this variety was cultivated by a Dutch.

Another gadenweb poster, Razorback gave this link about Hovaria, the company of this plant. Its U.S. distributor comes with the name "Kaleidoscope" . It offers several more other varieties: Hovaria

This is grown as a color changing variety with all colors being possible on a bush. Initially pink or blue, changing to green, then reddish. Found an internet photo.

'Hobella' is another one in the Hovaria Kaleidoscope series. Starts more as a lacecap filling out to be more of a mophead. It is supposed to have the strongest final cherry red color potential. I see Springhill os offering it for this spring.

Found some internet photos ( not my photos). Anyone growing it?

Did yours do the multicolor changes? We have a 4.5' tall 'Homigo" that we moved with us. It's a strong growing, big stemmed plant with big leaves. So even with a heavy flower load does not weep. Made a couple mistakes at first with it reducing blooming level. It likes a sunnier spot more than most macrophylla and some size to it to bloom well. Also be careful trimming it after midsummer, may need more mature growths to bloom well. The photo below is from Hovaria of three different Kaleidoscope series varieties. I think 'Homigo' is the bluish one on the left. This shows that the series can bloom heavily and the non-weaping growth habit.

These are late season photos from Esveld for 'Homigo' showing the red change potential.

This is an internet early season photo showing how color develops with time.

Every time you find photos of 'Homigo' you see it likes to make full rounded mopheads, packed with florets borne quite upright. Also the color is always changing with pH soil amendments. It can be more light pastel in early season color or have moderate pigment (light or nutrient contolled with more giving more color?) Interesting plant!
