Look, especially where two different materials meet, at the mortar joints (if any) around the foundation, where the sill plate meets the foundation, etc. If you have a basement you could walk around with a candle close to the outside walls and watch for where the flame bends away from the walls and that indicates not only a potential place for vermin to enter but also a place you are loosing heat.
