I work at a property in Seacoast NH. We planted a nice weeping larch last year that has done well. We just noticed white fuzz all over the tree about a week or so ago. The property does have hemlock wooly adelgid, but this looks different. It's on the needles all over the tree. Pretty sure I've seen this somewhere before, but can't remember what it was. I'd like to treat it before it does damage, so any help would BR greatly appreciated.
