What are these?

I started some okra seedlings for the first time. I observed some droplet-like growth on the back side of the leaves. The seedlings are two weeks old and about 4 inches tall on the average. Almost all have them. Can someone identify them for me. If they are bad for the plants what can be done. Thank you. (See link below)

I wonder if these droplets are produced by the Okra itself as a self defense measure in response to insect bites. Just speculating.

Yes, I hope they are. In fact there seems to be no bad signs yet like wilting or curling or mottling of leaves. All seems normal as yet. I hope you are right.

I have okra in both soil and hydroponics and they all have the same thing. I suspect it is just something okra does.
