Thanks David, I see what you are experiencing and we are checking - I think it may just take a bit more time for the info to load but that's not ideal.

Hi Liza. Thanks. Just to let you know - the info button is not turning grey as it usually does when you touch it - as it usually does.

Thanks David - we found the problem and are fixing it for the next release (not sure of exact date yet). We really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Liza - thanks for letting me know. I thought I should also mention that since installing the new iPad operating system my Photos tab has linked to the Products tab a few times. In other words both Photos and Products access the Products menu. In order to get Photos tab to access photos I have had to power off my iPad and restart. Just thought I should let you know.

The same things been happening to me. Everything was fine until I upgraded to ios6. Now my houzz app doesn't work more often than it works. Makes me sad cause I love houzz!

I'm only getting products via the photos tab, as well.

We are aware of the products in spaces tab issue. An update is on its way to resolve this and several other issues, to be available in the AppStore next week.

In the mean time the work around for this issue is to delete the app (in the home screen, long press the houzz icon). And then install it again from the AppStore.

Also, sometimes I have pushed the houzz icon and the app will come on for a second and flip me right back to my home page . Los having issues with being able to look at my idea books/favorites

Hi Kwesterkamp, If deleting and reinstalling the app hasn't resolved this for you, there is an update coming ASAP as well. If you continue to have issues, please shoot us an email at support(at)houzz.com Thanks!
