a few questions

HI, I've been reading the GW forums for awhile and finally registered. I'm working on starting a small hydroponic business growing and marketing fresh herbs/veggies/flowers to local consumers and restaurants.

I have a small outdoor NFt system that I put together a few weeks ago as a test system to kind of get through the learning curve. Currently I have 2 tomato plants doing very well in the system. They've been in the system for about 3 weeks now. TDS is 915, ph 6.0 and temp is becoming an issue, I just measured it at 90F, I put a frozen 2 liter bottle of water in the res to try and bring the temp down but I'm going to have to bury and cover the res soon.

heres a couple pics

I have more seedlings under the lights for transplant into the main system.

my main question is how to go about building the nutrient level to match the main system, does anyone have a good system they use? I'm thinking about building 4 stations where the newest seedlings start on just a very small amount of nutrient and then are moved up to the next station and get even more nutrients until they finally reach the end and nutrient levels match the main system.
