We are in the process of completing our plans for new construction. We recently scrapped the plan and relocated our stairs to right at the front of the house. We are restricted by narrow, deep lot in the Chicago suburbs. Does anyone have major issues with both the stairs going up and down to the basement being right by the front entry? It allows us to accomplish a larger area in the back of the house. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
