Hello SPKloppers,
You might actually run into a few issues with nutes. Most plants have different requirements. Tomatoes are high in Nitrogen and Calcium. Lettuce needs little to no nutes, and the list goes on. Is this project requiring you to grow top quality produce or just to build a hydroponics system that actually works? If you don't have to get all horticulture about it, this is what I'd suggest.
General Organics:
-Big Grow(use during the vegging cycle)
-CalMg+(use through the whole grow
-Big Bloom(use during flowering cycle)

Once your ready to harvest, you need to do a 2 week water only flush or your gonna get a nasty taste from your products. Keep in mind someone with more hydroponics experience my come along and give you better advice, but this is just enough to keep the plants alive and show that your project does work.
