First you need to sign up with a 'free photo hosting' site. I use Photobucket. Or you can use a pay one.

After signing up you need to upload your photos to your account. I always have my photos pre-cropped and tweaked before uploading.

Then you click on HTML code (text line) below the picture to copy; then paste into your message here. When you preview your message the photo shows up - if it doesn't you chose the incorrect code (there are 3 other lines at Photobucket).
