Did I goof?

Hi. I just bought and planted several oakleaf 'Alice' hydrangea. They are the first oakleafs I have ever bought and a good price now. Anyway, there are rusty colored spots on some of the leaves, so now I am wondering if I made a mistake taking a chance on them. I don't want to spread any fungus to my other hydrangeas and I don't want to lose these. Should I worry or just relax? They are beautiful!

Pics would help but every Oakleaf I've seen in a pot have these rusty brown spots all over them by mid growing season. The ones I've had in the ground for a year don't have that.

The Alice and Pee Wee I planted this season look like crap but will bounce back next year.
