Good morning Shireen,

I have used the little Aero Machine 6. I found it difficult to get into the reservoir to check pH and TDS of the nutrient mix. 6 sites will fill up quick and you will want more. I love American Agritech products and own the Turbo Garden (15 sites and plenty of room for basil, lettuce, and beans), so look into that unit or their Sea of Green Micro Garden (8 sites and easy access to the reservoir).

Just my opinion, others may different input.

Happy hydro gardening, Jason

Jason, thank you very much for the advice. I checked out your suggestions but unfortunately, they are out of my budgeted price range. Since access to the reservoir is pretty important, it sounds like Aero Machine 6 isn't a good choice. So much for my aeroponic dreams! LOL! I guess I'll try to cobble together a simple deep-water culture for my bok choy and spinach this winter.

cheers,
shireen

I'd go with Jason's idea. You can even use a storage container like a rubbermaid and an air pump with an air stone in the bottom. I do that with tomatoes and lettuce and such. There are lots of veggies that work fine with a mere aquarium air pump. Good luck
