Just received my mirror from verticco.com. Search "Howard Elliott clarice mirror" bought it for under $200
Carletonvarney.com also sells it under "ornate Venetian style mirror with beveled and etched treatment"

Our deepest apologies for not responding sooner! We were not alerted by Houzz to questions on this photo that had been hiding in our "Unassigned Photos" folder. I am looking into the manufacturer of the mirror and I will get right back to you!
