Illegal door?

Isn't the door opening OUT (and therefore blockable) illegal?
Otherwise, I really like this layout - with subtle modifications - for upcoming remodel. Thanks.

Looks to me like a pocket door...nothing illegal about that!

Hmmm. I hadn't considered that. However, it still appears that there is a normal door latch on the outside of the jam, not a pocket door type latch in the center as would be expected with a pocket door. If it WAS a pocket door, I don't think I'd like it for a bathroom due to sound transmission/privacy issues.
Thanks for the response. I could still be wrong. I'll have to look more closely at current pocket door arrangements.
