Online iris suppliers often offer the option of searching by color. The one I'm most familiar with is Blue J Iris. If you go to their website (www.bluejiris.com) and click on the A-Z catalog, you'll see color choices.

Truly white irises with blue beards are hard to come by, I think. Two standard dwarfs that might be worth looking at: Bluebeard's Ghost and Blue Line. There are several TBs that are really really pale blue with blue beards. I particularly like Blue Fin. Song of Norway is a popular Dykes Medal winner, and there's also Aaron's Dream. Bluebeard's Ghost is pretty popular, so it should be available from several sellers. I got my Blue Fin and Song of Norway from Blue J.
