have i planted the irises correctly?

Can someone please advise me if i have planted these irises correctly? I received them in the mail and they were shipped bare root with the green shoots. The instructions said to expose the top of the rhizome but this looks strange to me. Below are links to a few photos of the planted irises.

I think you have planted them perfectly. And I see that you have planted them in growing bags. Can you let us know how the iris perform for you in the grow bags?

Thank you @organic_kitten and @kousa.
@kousa will let you know how the irises grow in the grow bags however i want to let you know that i dont have years of experirnce with gardening to tell you that theyre better than traditional pots/planters. These particular ones are by root pouch. I've used them for other plants and they seem to do well.
