No, I had heard nothing about Messenger. A few minutes spent on Google turned up the name of the manufacturer, Eden BioScience Corp. Searching under that name will quickly take the reader to company 'blurbs' about their new product. Does Messenger work and perform as the company claims? I haven't a clue. Reading their explanations I am undecided about it being an organic product. They hint that it is but really tiptoe around the subject. However, I did note that Scott's is testing it, so the product may not be all smoking mirrors. I plan to order and trial it on a few tomato plants next year. I am certain we will be hearing a lot more about Messenger in the future.

I am pretty sure the product is not organic, but not completly 'unatural'. Once you spray the plant, it's tricked into thinking it's being attacked by a diease, so it speeds up it's defense an produces more. I'm unsure what to think.
