identify this dark dark iris !!!

Does anyone know what the name of this iris may be? I have never seen such an intense dark indigo! It is very tall and if measured across the bloom, it's about 6 inches. The iris is one solid color.

It is a beautiful color. It must look stunning in the garden.

It's hard to tell from the photo- can you get a clearer shot of the beard? How tall is the plant? Does the plant have purply red colors in the base of the foliage? How many buds does it get per stalk? And can you give us any info about where you got it?

Someone left a single stem and bulb on my neighbor's doorstep.
two days ago. The blossom was beside it not attached.. The stem is 36" tall from the tip to the top of the bulb. The stem had four buds.
I can't tell you about the beard because the blossom is all dried out now but I do remember it was all one color. The blossom wasn't that tall but was very wide spread out horizontally.
