Trying to remodel difficult and rectangular ugly living room

I will send a photo very soon if i can scan and send it.But please help me! I'm remodeling a rectangular living room that has this rare window corner (not a bay front window) it looks more different than that and it's driving me crazy! I don't know what goes in that window corner and besides that my living room looks like a bowling alley aHHHGGGG HELP!!!
