Question about mismarked Iris

If you buy an iris from someone, and upon bloom it turns out that the iris is different from what you purchased, should the seller of that iris offer a replacement when you inform them of the mismark, or should the buyer request a replacement, or should you just say oh well I got the wrong iris?

If it is from a grower you should email, or call and tell them. They should either offer to replace, if they do not have that one any longer, then an iris of equal or greater value, or a refund.
