My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a custom site finished floor in white oak. You can buy beautiful hardwood called Kentwood Flooring available through supplier Metropolitan Hardwood Floors Inc.

    We are currently having our oak floor sanded down and changing from a very light color to a gray shade but flat not shiny so easier upkeep. Any suggestions on color...our home is very bright and open concept.
