Are you referring to the wall sconces, large glass ones? If you are, they look pretty special, as in from a specialty architectural outlet for large buildings/hotels etc. or handcrafted?
I would start by looking up who the architects were who designed the resort and the contracting firm who did the construction and the interior decorating firm. Look up their phone numbers and call them directly. It's somewhere in their paperwork I'm sure!!! good luck!
