Heavyweight II not heat tolerant?

My patch of Heavyweight II beans were doing great, but now that summer has arrived to North Texas, they look wilted even after a good watering.

Anything I can do to keep them alive and producing? Also, any suggestions for next year, varieties that might do better in the brutal Texas heat?
