10-54-10 or 16-19-29 for bean forcing?

I have two types of "Gro-Fine" foliar fertilizer, the 10-54-10 "Bloom plant food" and the 16-19-29 "Tomato plant food". Which would be best to spray on bean vines to encourage bean flowering and formation? I'm thinking of using the 10-54-10 but I want it to form a good bean too, not just flower.
